Ballington has been building and renovating classrooms and play areas for VOA-GNY for many years, and these efforts culminated in 2007, with the development of a 30,000 SF, 22 classroom school for children with disabilities, in the South Bronx. This award winning design, included adding a 7,000 SF addition inside an existing shell, and a 600 SF playground on the roof of the structure.
